The Hellmann cage systems for layers are designed for maximum production output. They are made of durable material and are almost exclusively made in Germany. Flexible cage floor suspensions, extra scrapers and manure belt screens as well as other accessories and options like extra cage height and depth increase the technical performance and make for healthy hens.

Best choice for tropical climates
The Hellmann tropical cage is designed to perform in hot regions and has a depth of 64 cm (25.20”) or max. 69 cm (29.17”). It has wire partitions and is as high as our enrichable models. The added height allows birds to stretch without touching the manure belt overtop. It allows better air circulation than conventional cages. Our customers confirm superb production results compared to their conventional cages.
